Around half of our team is involved in mechanical processing. We work in 3 shifts virtually around the clock and can handle even larger capacities without any problems thanks to high-quality tools and machines. Whether punching, grinding or CNC machining: we cover the entire range of services in the mechanical machining of castings. Among other things, we use 7 high-performance CNC machines for this. These enable us to process the products with high precision. All our workpieces are characterised by extremely low tolerances. This is how we guarantee our customers maximum quality and solutions that work.

In mechanical processing, we not only take care of standard machining work, but also, on request, the professional completion of other, highly complex tasks. Some of the work is carried out by long-standing and proven partners (LINK partner page). This typically includes the degreasing of parts as a basis for subsequent painting, the production of base polished surfaces, painting work and surface coatings. For example, the following surface coatings are used for aluminium die-cast products:
